Conditions of participation

1. The organizer of the competition is Schlossberg Switzerland AG.
   
   This competition is in no way connected to Facebook or any other social media provider on which this competition may be announced.

2. All persons from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate in the competition on the Schlossberg Switzerland websites and in the Schlossberg Switzerland boutiques. Participation in the competition is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of goods or services.
   
   Employees, managing directors and supervisory board members of Schlossberg Switzerland AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. The closing date for entries is 10.11.2024 at 23:59.
4. The competition consists of a call to complete and submit a form on the website or participation card in the boutiques and hand it over to the boutique staff.
5. The winners will be drawn from all persons who participate on the website and via participation card after the closing date, excluding legal recourse. Only the prizes described in the competition will be awarded: three bed linen sets from the current Fall  |  Winter 2024 collection up to a value of CHF 520.
   
   A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded.

6. Each participant may only participate once.
7. Schlossberg Switzerland AG is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website in the event of technical faults and events beyond its control due to force majeure or by third parties, nor for the functionality of the online competition on the computer used for participation.
8. The winners will be informed by e-mail after the end of the competition in order to determine the size of the set and the delivery address including telephone number for the dispatch of the prize.
9. Legal recourse is excluded.
10. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

Data protection provisions

Schlossberg Switzerland AG, Tösstalstrasse 15, 8488 Turbenthal, Switzerland, info@schlossberg.ch, processes your personal data (surname, first name, email, address, date of birth) for the purpose of the draw and notification of the winners and, if applicable, for advertising, information and market research (analysis of the opening and reading behavior of newsletter recipients). The Schlossberg newsletter provides information about current collections, projects, special offers or competitions of Schlossberg Switzerland AG. The legal basis for this is your consent in accordance with Art. 6I a), 7, EU GDPR, as well as § 7 II No. 3, UWG. You are not obliged to accept marketing materials when participating in the competition.

By entering your personal data, you confirm that you wish to participate in the competition voluntarily and, if applicable, that you wish to receive the above-mentioned marketing materials at the address / email address provided in the future, and that you are the same person as the sender. Your data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary to process the competition or for as long as you wish to receive our marketing materials. You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, a right to object, a right to data portability and a right to withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, you will not receive any further marketing information from us. In such cases, it is best to contact us by e-mail at info@schlossberg.ch.

You can also send us a letter. You will receive a reply immediately upon receipt. You can also simply unsubscribe from a newsletter by clicking on the link at the end of each newsletter. If you are of the opinion that we are not processing your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As no electronic communication is completely secure, it cannot be ruled out that the released data may also be used by third parties. For this reason, Schlossberg Switzerland AG cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties.
